Letter to Legislator

Letter to Legislator

Dear [Legislator]

I am writing to you with great concern over the current illegal immigration problem the United States has.

As a U.S. taxpaying citizen, the astronomical financial burden the illegal immigrants are causing us must be stopped.

At a cost of over $338 BILLION per year, it is beyond time to do something about this problem.

Not only are they costing us billions in welfare, health care, education, and programs such food stamps, welfare, and free lunches - but they are also costing us in terms of safety issues.

$3 Million PER DAY is spent on incarcerating illegal immigrants, overflowing our prisons and jails, which in turn allows felons to be released early, thus not fulfilling their original sentences.  Sex crimes and violence in the U.S. have sky rocketed and we haven't seen the full effect once the children of the illegal immigrants reach adulthood.

Drugs, such as cocaine, meth, heroin and marijuana, have increased dramatically.  Drug cartel, gangs, and violence are all increasing due to the 4-10 million illegal immigants that cross our borders.  Some of those are terrorists whom our military is currently fighting to provide safety anf freedom to our beloved country and her CITIZENS.

The citizens of the United States are standing up and demanding that our voices be heard.

Send the illegals back.  The cost of $230 Billion is still cheaper in the long run than to stand back and do NOTHING, which has been the norm for far too long.

Our jobs, our safety, our LAWS demand that this problem be dealt with immediately.  That job falls on your shoulders and we expect you to do the job we've given you to do.

A concerned and angry taxpayer,

[Your Name]
